I need expert pregnancy advice...?

Last night while sleeping... I had a strange dream. I dont remember much of it... But towards the end... Something flew into my face... I ducked in both my dream and reality... And when I did I woke... With water all over my legs and waist... I thought I had peed the bed... But since I am pregnant I figured I should check and make sure it wasnt blood or something else that could be a sign that something was wrong. So I check it... It was just water. I dont know it me being at the beach for the past five days swimming means anything. I dont understand. Is my baby okay? Am I okay? Whats wrong? Im about a month and a week. Help!
