Need advise from expert please?

i was cheated by state agency and they made me to sign contract for 12 months because my English not that good so what i need to do they will not allow to e to end the contract and someone advised my to stay and do not pay the rent then the court will asked my to leave in two months but am really mentally in problem i need to get out of this problem if i leave is ok i was told they will just put me in black list am gonna leave uk at the end of this year and i do not problems in this country
