Help I have not recieved my item on ebay?

Okay so you are international? and the seller is international too? Well it seems that they printed out shipping labels or checked the box stating it was delivered and they never actually got around to sending it...I would just open a case. Once the buyer has not responded and it has been days, I do not wait around. Let them prove it that they sent it, and if it arrives you can just close the case. If it does not in another 7 days (which ebay gives seller time to respond) you can escalate and state how you want to resolve the situation...
