What can I get my dad for father's day?

I have realized it is this weekend, I know thats bad.. but I am not sure what to get him at all. I am going to cook him a meal with some nice wine on the day but wanted to get him a little parcel to open. He is into his music (plays several instruments) and enjoys photography. He is young for his years (nearly fifty) and enjoys going out so in the past i have bought him gig tickets and experience days but I can't afford that this year and if there's anything he wants he has already bought it for himself.. any ideas appreciated. Thanks
