My Eyes Have Black Bulges or Something, [i cant explain it.]Under Them Like I Got Punched in Both Eyes; HELP?

ok is it from eating too much candy or not enough sleep or BOTH? is there any creams i can put on my face before i go to sleep and after i wake up? im only 12!!! i need an answer from an expert or doctor!! please help.
