Best WOW class to be and fastest way to level ?

In World of Warcraft, I have a lvl 55 Hunter and Lvl 63 DK... I really want to get to lvl 85 for heirlooms. What's the fastest way to lvl and when i create a new character what class should they be? hehe thanx <3 xoxo
