i think you should take it to court, because if he was sold the stolen vcr without knowing it was stolen, hes still in his rights basically. cuz you could buy anything from ebay or any other online trading site and it could be stolen, you wouldnt know that though. so if i were you id take them to court and try to get your possessions back
