I can't track my parcel at all?

my sister and i both ordered extensions off ebay over two weeks ago, (from different sellers, but the same place, really). We both got tracking numbers, and hers works perfectly fine, but mine on the other hand, doesn't seem to work at all. No matter where i try it, it says there is no record for my tracking number?
