Is my iPhone about to break?

Hi, my name is Sophia and I am 13. I've had my iPhone 3GS since December 2009, and ever since the beginning of June it's been acting really weird. It's been making sounds while it's on silent, I would put it on shuffle and it would only play two songs (out of 302), the notifications aren't notifying me, one time I went on this app called chess with friends and it froze my phone for about 20 minutes, then the screen went black and then it asked me for my passcode, the battery will run out in about an hour when I'm barley using it, I can't send pictures by text, and it was asking me for about two weeks if I wanted to connect to bluetooth. I really think it's about to break and my contract isn't up until this December. I only have about 200 bucks, too. And I'm not an expert on phones and dada plans, so how do they work, too. Please help me! Thanks!!
