World of warcraft should ban heirloom items from bgs?

Battlegrounds should be about team work and they should never have lone heroes. At low lvs the people who don't have BOA fight as a team but one person can wipe out 3 at a time. Its not fair so i believe that either they should ban BOA from bgs or at least make a separate one for them like if they have boa in their inventory or if they are using it they are automatically placed in a BOA bg while the people who want to play fair can do that. Of course this does not to all of azeroth because its fair game their. For example i started a warlock and joined a bg at lv 10 which was the arath basin. I did not have any lv 80s so i only had regular items. The enemy's had a lv 10 priest with 600 hit points and they wiped out 3 at once so we didn't get many points. So i believe that they should ban them to give a fair fight. Bgs are no fun. Team work means nothing and lone heroes can dominate the bgs.
