If i buy the heirloom cloaks and helms from my guild in wow can i use them?

Alright, so I recently became honored with my guild in WoW and i was wondering if i buy the BoA cloaks and helms which require honored with your guild to use them. Would i be able to use them if i transfered them over to a different realm on my guy that bought them and still be able to use them on alts on the new realm? Just wondering because i would no longer be honored with my guild since i would be on a different realm.
