How much do you think this book would sell for?

So I have this book that my great grandmother brought over from England in 1913, and I really have no intentions of selling it at all, it being a family heirloom and all, but I was just curious as to what anyone thinks it would be worth? It's a copy of "Ships That Pass In The Night" printed in England in 1899 by George Newnes Limited. It's by no means in perfect condition but for being over a century old it's actually in quite pristine condition, all the pages are still intact and all the print is still perfect, only the first 30 or so pages have a couple tears and such and all the pages after that are near perfect condition. Any kind of information would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys!
