Analysis Hierarchy process (AHP)?

How come by using microsoft excel and AHP software e.g. expert choice and super decision, I get different answers for the priority? It's supposed to be the same, because I put the same weight/ rating. Please help. I tried many ways already, the answer still different by using excel and software, but I dont understand why. Please help. Thanks
